Micro-Gloss #5 Polish - $5.00 for a 1 ounce bottle. Micro-Gloss #5 Liquid Abrasive is a stronger formulation than 1 micron Micro-Gloss #1. #5 is approved as a Type II polish for aircraft canopies and will remove a 9 micron scratch. Micro-Gloss #5 is a water base formulation and is environmentally safe. This solution does not cover damage or fill in damage - it removes it! Most cleaners and polishes contain products that can damage surfaces over time. Micro-Gloss #5 does not!

For superficial damage repair on acrylic surfaces. Clean surface with water or damp cloth first. Apply Micro-Gloss to surface. Rub briskly with cloth for 2 to 3 minutes or until Micro-Gloss disappears. Repeat application on any area not satisfactorily restored. Shake well before use.

Micro-Mesh Tri-Grade Buffer Stick - $2.00. Nibmeister Approved! Use the same Micro-Mesh Buffer Stick as the Pros! The solid side gives you the option of 12000 grit for nib polishing. The split side of the stick offers both 2400 and 4000 grits for grinding and should not be used for smoothing.

2000 Grit Sanding Square - 10 Pack - $2.00. Use the same tools as the professionals! If you've ever seen Richard Binder repair nibs at pen shows, you've seen him use these small one inch by one inch sanding squares. Sometimes referred to as "Red Squares" because the backing used to be red (the backing is now grey). This very coarse paper is used as an initial step in the polishing and smoothing process but can do damage to your nib if used incorrectly. Not all nibs will need this coarse paper to be smoothed. We are not responsible for any damage done to any nib as a result of mis-use. When in doubt, contact a professional. Make sure to follow up the smoothing process with the micro-mesh buffing stick. This listing is for a pack of ten 1-inch squares.

The Fountain Pens of Esterbrook (1992) by Paul Hoban. A 64-page work outlining the history and writing instruments of the Esterbrook Pen Company, which was founded in 1858 by a transplanted English Quaker, and held the fifth registered trade mark issued by the U. S. Government. This amazing company actually expanded during the Great Depression (1932 - 1940), while most pen companies, including the "Big 4" (Parker, Waterman, Sheaffer and Wahl/Eversharp) experienced greately reduced sales, and many other pen companies closed altogether. The book contains 4 color plates showing examples of the fountain pen products from the turn of the century thru the 1960s in actual size, and a reprint of the entire 1939 Esterbrook catalog. - SOLD OUT
